Estimated Transit Time
Once your order has been processed, it will be delivered according to the following time frames:

Italy: 3 working days
Europe: 6-10 working days
Outside the EU: 6-10 working days

Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and import taxes. We assume no responsibility for delays caused by customs inspections.

VAT Information for UK Buyers
In accordance with UK tax regulations, for orders with a value equal to or less than £135 (including shipping), we are required to automatically apply the British VAT of 20% at the time of purchase.

If your order is equal to or less than £135, the total amount you pay will already include the British VAT, so you will not incur any additional costs at customs.
If your order exceeds £135, VAT and any applicable customs duties will be collected directly by UK customs at the time of importation. In this case, we will refund you the excess 20% VAT that you paid at the time of order.

Tracking and Insurance
All orders are tracked and insured. Insurance coverage applies only in the event of damage or loss. In order to benefit from coverage the claim must be submitted within:

For domestic shipments (Italy) in the event of damage: within 8 calendar days from the day following delivery.
For international shipments in the event of damage: within 7 calendar days from the day following delivery.
In the event of theft: within 30 calendar days from the shipment date.
In the event of loss: within 30 calendar days from the shipment date.

Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase, without providing any reason, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the products, in accordance with current legislation.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the Seller via:

Products must be returned intact, with the original packaging and all accessories. The return shipping costs will be paid by the Customer unless otherwise agreed upon.

Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted only if the order has not yet been processed.
