These Terms and Conditions govern the entire purchasing process for the products offered on the e-commerce website. By placing an order, the Customer fully accepts the terms described herein, which form an integral part of the sales contract.

3. Shipping and Delivery
The Seller will ship the products to the address provided by the Customer at the time of the order. Delivery times are indicative and may vary based on the destination and any force majeure events. Shipping costs will be displayed during the order process.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase, without providing any reason, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the products, in accordance with current legislation.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the Seller via:
